The Royalton Hicacos Hotel in Cuba has relied on ROBOTBAS the installation of its building automation systems, carrying out a complete room automation project that includes control of lighting, presence, climate and curtains, room service indicators, in addition to bluetooth control, which allows manage the entire room automation using a mobile phone. For this project, a new room controller with Ethernet connection has been used, which allows information on the room at all times through the hotel’s own high-speed fiber optic network. This agreement will report revenue for Robot, S.A. € 265,000, which will be recorded in the coming years depending on the degree of progress of the work.
The project confirms the reactivation of the market in the Caribbean area after the stoppage derived from the economic crisis caused by Covid-19, and we hope that it will be the start of the activity and allow our company to resume the results of the 2019 financial year.
