The scholarship covers the total cost of the Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
Beñat Caira Lago, a student of the Automotive Engineering degree at the University of the Basque Country, has won the Robot scholarship to study the Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering at the Universitat de les Illes Balears, thanks to his end-of-degree project “Design and optimization of a bottom bracket for rally or drift vehicles”.
The Rector of the Universitat de les Illes Balears, doctor Jaume Carot, and the president of the company Robot, S.A., Mr. Bernat Bonnín, have today awarded the prize with which it is intended to recognize the effort of the students and facilitate their access to the world labor offering them a high degree of qualification. Likewise, a special mention has been made to the student of the Electrical Engineering degree of the Universitat Politècnica de València Juana Antonia Mesquida Barceló for her work «Electrical installation project for a dealer / workshop in the municipality of Palma (Mallorca) ».
The scholarship, created by Robot, S.A. and convened by the UIB through the Fundación Universidad-Emprendida de las Islas Baleares (FUEIB) and in collaboration with the Escuela Politécnica Superior (EPS), it covers the total cost of tuition for the Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering during the 2022 academic years. -23 and 2023-24.
