Visit to Robot Facilities
Mr. Alejandro Sáenz de San Pedro (Minister of Business, Employment, and Energy) and Ms. Ingrid de la Fuente (Director General of Industry and Industrial Zones) visited the Robot S.A. factory and R&D center. During the visit, Robot’s CEO, Bernat Bonnín, and CFO, Jaume Simonet, shared the company’s history with the attendees and guided them through the facilities where ROBOTBAS products are designed and manufactured, including a demonstration of the automatic assembly line for their automation systems.
Both the Balearic company and the Government expressed interest in creating an industrial and technological ecosystem, as well as in generating high-value-added employment, for which public-private collaboration is essential.
The two parties discussed potential collaborations within the framework of the Balearic technology company’s Strategic Plan 2027.
